We will gladly accept eligible returns within three (3) days of the shipped date. Please see our full return policy details below.

Return Eligibility

  • Item(s) must be postmarked within three (3) days of the shipped date. If the return does not meet that requirement, the item will not be eligible for a refund. The item will be considered for our Sell | Consign (if eligible).
  • In the event you are buying online and picking up in-store please know you have 3 days from your pick-up date to return your order.
  • Our Certificate of Authenticity tag & D’MARIE 5TH AVE tag must be attached to receive a full refund.
  • Item(s) must be in the same condition with no missing “extras” (dustbag, box, lock, etc.), so please take care of packing and protecting the item you are returning. If not in the same condition as when purchased, the item will not be eligible for a refund.

 

  • D’MARIE 5TH AVE is not responsible for any new damage or wear to an item after purchase. At D’MARIE 5TH AVE, all items are pre-owned and we are unable to honor any brand-specific warranties as we are not a part of the manufacturing process. Our team is thoroughly trained to look for any signs of wear or damage but are unable to foresee how future use will impact an item.

Returns

D’MARIE 5TH AVE generally processes refunds within 2-4 business days of receipt depending on your refund method selection (original form of payment or D’MARIE 5TH AVE store credit gift card). Please be advised that returns of Fine Jewelry, Watches and Hermes Birkins and Kellys take an average of 10 days to process once received.

  • For Fine Jewelry, Watches, Hermes Birkins, and Hermes Kellys returned within our Flagships and Selling Studios, refunds will only be processed once the item(s) have been received back at our headquarters for inspection and acceptance.

 

  • If you change Banks/Credit card info between the purchase and the return, it is your responsibility to contact your previous institution and advise that a refund will be sent to the account. Similarly, if a bank gift card was used for the purchase, please do not discard the card until you are certain the item will not be returned. Refunds will be refunded to the gift card used.
  • If a D’MARIE 5TH AVE gift card was used for a purchase that is refunded, a new D’MARIE 5TH AVE gift card will be issued. D’MARIE 5TH AVE is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards, before or after purchase.

 

  • We accept returns on international orders as further described in our return policy. For international shipments and all returns on items shipped internationally will be made in US Dollars only and in the same US Dollar amount that was paid to us at the time of order. We are unable to provide any currency exchange estimates as these rates constantly fluctuate. All transactions are subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing and are determined by the intermediary financial institutions. We make no adjustments for currency exchange on returns.

Return Shipping

Customers who have purchased items have three options for returns:

 

1. Use a pre-paid UPS shipping label provided by DMARIE 5TH AVE ($24.99+)

 

2. Use your own shipping method (at your own cost)

 

3. Return at the nearest DMARIE 5TH AVE location/Selling Studio (Free)

We offer pre-paid and insured UPS Standard Ground shipping labels for all domestic returns within three (3) days of the shipped date. A $24.99 fee will be deducted from the return amount when processed.

  • To obtain your shipping label – log into your account and review orders, submit return. 

 

  • If you prefer to use your own return shipping method, please ship your items with adequate insurance to cover the value of the returned item, include a signature requirement, and acquire a dropoff receipt. We do not recommend using the United States Postal Service.

 

  • International return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds will not include any original domestic or international shipping costs, including customs and taxes.

**D’MARIE 5TH AVE is unable to provide return UPS shipping labels to customers of Alaska or Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, international addresses, APO/FPO/DPO addresses and select U.S. Territories such as Puerto Rico, and Guam. Therefore, customers in these areas are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
